Risk Statement

It must be recognised that Landyachting is by its nature an unpredictable sport and therefore inherently involves an element of risk.

By taking part in the open day/course you agree and acknowledge that:

You are aware of the inherent element of risk involved in the sport and accept responsibility for exposing yourself to such risk.
You will comply at all times with the instructions of the instructor, particularly regarding helmets and suitable clothing.
You accept responsibility for any injury, damage or loss caused by your own negligence.
You will not participate whilst impaired by alcohol, drugs or otherwise unfit to take part.

Misconduct

The Open Day/Course Co-ordinator may exclude anyone who refuses to comply with these terms or who misconducts themselves.
